Stall prices range from $30-$65 per day depending on your location on the selling field.
ALL SPACES ARE 10ft x 23ft.
First time selling?
Here’s how it works:
Pick your day.
Choose a Saturday, Sunday, or both. Pack up your merchandise, tables, canopy, and anything else you’ll need for the day.
Line up at 6am.
Stall tickets are sold the same day, so there’s no need to reserve ahead. Arrive at the Swap Meet at 6am. Head to our South Parking Lot (pictured below) and follow the line of cars – you’ll know when you’re in the right place.
Get your ticket.
When it’s your turn, have your valid ID and valid car insurance ready. Stall tickets are $40 for regular stalls and $60 for U-Hauls. Cash only. Fill out the necessary form that will be provided by our traffic guards. Once you get your ticket, it’ll have your stall number on it – that is where you’ll head towards.
Start selling!
Navigate to your stall (our traffic guards will point you in the right direction). Get set up and get ready to sell to one of the busiest swap meet crowds around.
Used Merchandise Seller/Dealer:
$40 for regular spaces, $60 for U-Hauls
You are a used merchandise seller/dealer if you:
Sell at the Swap Meet more than 3 times a year
Sell a mix of new and used merchandise
Sell merchandise acquired from storage sales, returns, or store liquidation sales
If any of the above apply, you must have a California Seller’s Permit to sell at the Swap Meet. You can learn more about the permit here or apply for one here.
How to get a stall:
There are two ways to purchase a stall as a used merchandise dealer:
01 – Same day
Line up at 6am to purchase your stall ticket the morning you plan to sell. See First Time Selling for more information.
02 – One week in advance
A select amount of stall spaces are available for purchase one week in advance at the office window, located under the big green Swap Meet sign, during business hours. Bring your CA Seller’s Permit, a valid ID, and cash.
New Merchandise Seller:
$35-$65 per day (depending on stall location)
You are a new merchandise seller if you:
Sell new or palletized merchandise
Have a valid CA Seller’s Permit
A California Seller’s Permit is required to sell new merchandise at the Swap Meet. You can learn more about the permit here or apply for one here.
How to get a stall
There are two ways to purchase a stall:
01 – Same day
Line up at 6am to purchase your stall ticket the morning you plan to sell. Make sure you let the attendants know your merchandise is new. See First Time Selling for more information.
02 – One week in advance
Stall spaces are available for purchase one week in advance at the office window during business hours. This is the recommended way to purchase a stall ticket.
Buying your ticket in advance gives you more spaces to choose from and the option to set up your stall on Friday before the Swap Meet opens to the public.
To purchase in advance:
Bring your CA Seller’s Permit, valid ID, and cash to the office window during business hours.
Join the Advanced Seller List. Your name will be added to the list for the following weekend’s priority stall sales.
Saturday, at 8am, we randomly select a starting number from the list. From there, tickets are sold in order of the Advanced Seller list.
Once the list has been completed, any remaining stalls are available for purchase throughout the rest of business hours.

Rows 1-11 are for NEW and USED MERCHANDISE.
Rows 12-20 are for USED MERCHANDISE ONLY.
Seller Rules:
People selling their own personal merchandise less than 3 times a year need only purchase a valid selling ticket. If you sell more than 3 times a year, a CA Seller’s Permit must be purchased. You can learn more about the permit here or apply for one here.
Any person selling new or unused items, craft items, or any dealer of any type of merchandise must have a CA Seller’s Permit. You can learn more about the permit here or apply for one here.
No counterfeit, fake, unlicensed, trademark infringed, knock-off, or stolen merchandise allowed on the premises. We have a no tolerance policy. If you have it, you will be permanently banned from SVSM.
No games, rides, or gambling allowed.
No selling food, water, gatorade, liquid, or anything else than can be eaten or drank unless you have explicit permission from the office.
All tarps must be weighed down with 10lbs weights on each corner.
